Healing
our Loving
It has been said a long time ago
that love has its root in the joy of being touched by the beauty of another,
that human beings exist, because Love exists. Thus, love is rooted in our hear
and soul, and our humanity that we share in loving. Here a world unfolds that
sometimes supersedes what is called the rational world, but can anyone tell
which is the most real? Often love unfolds in times of great trials and
unrequited loving, when a
person tends to be more honest with itself about the reality that is in the
heart. And when the world turns dark, as all the artificial lights of
civilization become extinguished, the light of love will remain, and grow ever
brighter. Why then should our loving not be a light above the sun, even now?
It has been said by those who
think as children do, that love is all, because if one withdraws it, the whole
of civilization fades away with the wind, and all is gone.
In my series of novels, The
Lodging for the Rose, which is designed to explore the potential of society's
power to heal
itself, I have included a few chapters, listed below, that focus on the subject of
healing unmet human needs with the Principle of Universal Love, specifically the
sexual needs.
