Where Do We Go
From Here?
A resource
for healing that I have found valuable over the years are the
Christian Science Bible Lessons. I love especially the very first set of the
Christian Science Bible Lessons that has ever been created (as far
as I know) and so I have put it online also to share it with others.
A link to it is provided on this page. I personally have found healing by working
with the Bible Lessons, especially by noting the links to Mary Baker
Eddy's illustrated poem, Christ and Christmas, which I have inserted
into the Bible Lessons as they apply sequentially to the textbook
chapters.
An amazing experience has been that during a period of
working extensively with these Bible lessons, I had a job offered to me before I even
knew, or could have known, that I needed one.
Another resource
that have cherished over the years is the text of the hymns in the
Christian Science Hymnal. The Christian Science Hymnal is over
a hundred years old. I have used the texts of the 1932 revision in the
form of poems and substituted some of the archaic terms with their
scientific equivalent, as Mary Baker Eddy has suggested in general as
one aught to do. Some rather amazing coincident come to light in this
manner.
A few of the
original hymns are also accessible through the "Love Landscape"
section noted on this page. The hymns that I have found especially
healing in my experience in their original form are found under "portals"
and "love poems" (the lower set "in the
spiritual dimension" applies).
The main three
resources for healing, the textbook. the Bible Lessons, and the hymnal texts,
have been a valuable source for me. It is my hope that
they may be so for you too.
But there is
something else that was pointed out to me in a time of great need.
"How many chapters are in the Christian Science textbook?"
someone asked. There are 16 of them, not counting the preface,
glossary, and testimonials. "And how many elements are in a
four-square matrix?" he asked. Of course there are 16. But he was
referring to the biblical city foursquare from Revelation 21, that
Mary Baker Eddy also referred to extensively. In fact it turned out
that Mary Baker Eddy created all of her ten major works in multiples
of 16 to become a part of her own 'city foursquare' - a vast structure
for scientific and spiritual development. The section "Christian
Science" has been provided on this site to focus in the various
dimensions of this structure that have been discovered.
The process of
discovery that spanned two decades is further documented in a series
of research volumes with the overall title "Discovering Infinity."
The series is accessible through the section, "Healing Novels and
Science Books." The Volume 3 books are directly focused on the
various discovered aspects pertaining to Mary Baker Eddy's foursquare
structure. All the books are also available as free e-books.
One of the key
elements that stood out from the research work were the terms Love,
Truth, and Soul. In an effort to apply these to universal healing, I
have created a series of twelve novels to explore these three aspects
in the universal context. The series is called, "The Lodging for
the Rose." The novels are all online, and are also available as
free e-books. The books are not directly focused on the healing of
disease, except of the mental 'disease' that is destroying
civilization that is evermore in need of healing. However, there
exists one exception in the series. In the first novel, in the chapter
"The Lateral Lattice of Hearts" a healing is referred to
that is based on a real and healing experience, with the names changed
